Providing excellence in early childhood education

The Carlingford Multipurpose Learning Centre (CMPLC) has been a part of the Carlingford community since 1992. As a Private Childcare and Education Centre our aim is to provide a program of excellence in both quality care and early childhood education for children aged between two (2) and five (5) years. We are open from 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

All of our staff at CMPLC are committed to providing and maintaining a high quality care and educational program with some bilingual staff-Mandarin, Korean. Staff and management are childcare professionals with industry recognised and endorsed child care qualifications.

Staff to children ratios are maintained at a high level to ensure that your children receive the best care and attention.

Children are placed in family groupings of mixed age and developmental stages. Eight (8) primary contact staff have observation based programs that cater for each child's individual developmental and educational needs.

We ensure relevant Government and industry accreditation is always maintained, ensuring your peace of mind that you are dealing with a professional facility.

Whilst in our care your child's food and drinks are catered for. Our menu ensures that 50% of daily nutritional needs are provided.

The Centre invites special visitors into the Centre on a regular basis to perform for the children. These
include Cultural Performers, Musicians, Storytellers, Fire Engine visits from the local Fire Brigade, Animal/
Insect shows/exhibits etc.

Additional Needs
Children with specific health, learning or behavioural needs are integrated into our program dependent on
the availability and accessibility of resources to support their learning needs.

Childcare Fees
As at September 20th, 2012 the childcare fee structure at CMPLC are noted below. Please note that Government Childcare Benefit (CCB) and 50% childcare rebate may be available. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with any enquiries you may have.

SHORT DAY (9:00am-3:00pm) $86.00 per day
LONG DAY (7:00am~6:00pm) $72.00 per day

Only children attending Carlingford Public School can attend our Before and After School Care service:

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE 7:00am-9:00am $15.00 per day
AFTER SCHOOL CARE 3: 15pm-6:00pm $23.00 per day
BEFORE AND AFTER CARE $34.00 per day
